Today, we are showing off our 4th of July shirts that we worked on yesterday. They are now dry and ready for all the 4th of July festivities. The girls love showing off their individual creations.
One of our projects for today is a mommy project that I’ve had on my list to give a try–“star” hair. So with three little girls in the house, I got three good tries in 🙂 All my girls have fine hair, but my oldest hair is the thickest so I tried an variation of “star” hair that involved braids when doing her hair. I’m pretty happy with the way their hair turned out and would do it again. It didn’t take long to do and gives them something fun to show off. I used a little bit of mousse to their hair to keep flyaways at bay and to add a bit of curl to the two youngest of my girls hair ends.
